Closing The Deal

It’s Time to Celebrate!

Closing Day

Closing day is the final step in your home-buying journey. Before ownership is officially transferred, you'll complete a few important tasks to ensure everything is in order.

Final Walk-Through

Shortly before closing, you'll complete a final walk-through of the property to confirm it is in the agreed-upon condition, any negotiated repairs have been completed, and the home is ready for occupancy.

Closing

At closing, you'll review and sign the required legal and loan documents, submit any remaining funds due, and finalize the purchase. Once all documents have been signed and the transaction has been completed, the deed is recorded and ownership is officially transferred to you.

Welcome Home

Congratulations! You've officially become a homeowner! Whether this is your first home or the latest addition to your investment portfolio, Benoit Management is proud to have been part of your journey. What Price Range Can I Afford?

Resources For Florida Home Buyers

The journey to homeownership starts by understanding how much you can afford. One major thing to consider is your down payment, if any. Many consumers believe it's impossible to buy a home without at least 20 percent down. But thanks to various government-sponsored programs, many people can now buy a house with as little as 3.5 percent toward a down payment. Veterans of the U.S. military have zero-down programs available.
