Accepting an Offer

We Put Our Clients First When Evaluating Each Offer.

Evaluating Offers

Receiving an offer is an exciting milestone, but the highest offer isn't always the best one. Price is just one part of the equation. Factors such as financing, contingencies, closing timeline, and the buyer's overall qualifications can all affect the strength of an offer.

At Benoit Management, we'll carefully review every offer with you, explain your options, and help you make an informed decision that supports your goals.

Skilled Negotiation

Successful negotiations require experience, strategy, and clear communication. Our team works on your behalf to negotiate favorable terms while keeping the transaction moving toward a successful closing. From counteroffers to contract details, we're with you every step of the way.

Under Contract

Once you and the buyer reach an agreement, both parties will sign the purchase agreement and the buyer will typically submit an earnest money deposit to an escrow account. A title company or real estate attorney will act as the closing agent, securely holding funds and coordinating the transaction through closing.

Throughout the contract period, there will be important deadlines and contingencies that must be completed. Benoit Management will help you stay organized, prepare the necessary paperwork, and keep you informed so the process moves forward as smoothly as possible.
